Where Design
Meets Structure.
TRIKAYA is a venture by Kalp Design & RK Aayam — a unified platform for designing, building and delivering spaces. The name TRIKAYA is inspired by the Sanskrit concept of three forms — three dimensions. For us it represents the three essential aspects of creating a space: vision, design and execution.
An idea begins with a vision, takes shape through design, and comes to life through execution. We believe a space is more than walls, materials and finishes — it begins with understanding the people who will use it.
By bringing creative vision and practical construction knowledge together, we aim to keep design intent intact from first sketch to final handover — creating purposeful spaces that work, feel and last.
Three dimensions. Working as one.
